Our Speciality Bakery Concentrates contain everything required - including bread improver and salt - to make delicious speciality breads. All are packed in 16kg bags, and require simply mixing 50/50 with flour and the addition of yeast and water.

The concentrates are all supplemented with Folic Acid and 150g of bread will deliver 75% of the Folic Acid RDA. (Recommended Daily Allowance). In addition, the high inclusion rate of slowly digestible ingredients such as seeds and grains, means the products have a lower GI (Glycaemic Index) than conventional breads.

  • Multiseed including sunflower, linseed, pumpkin and oat flakes
  • Soya and linseed
  • Malted grain: with malted wheat flakes and malt flour
  • Sunflower and poppy seed
  • Sourdough with malted rye
  • Malted rye and pumpkin
  • Multicereal including wheat, rye, oat and barley flakes with buckwheat

All the concentrates have been developed to deliver breads that are packed with flavour and texture. Since all the ingredients, except yeast and additional flour, are contained in the concentrates, bakers can keep ingredients costs and stock to a minimum, but still provide a premium grade product.
