IbisŪ Improvers are devised and formulated by
Lesaffre International, based at the renowned Lesaffre Baking Centre
in Lille, France.
Improvers in this range are primarily designed
for the production of highest quality UK style sandwich, tin breads
and morning goods and are formulated to give maximum dough
stability, optimum water absorption and excellent tolerance when
processed on particular mixers and automatic equipment. |

In addition, most products are formulated to give exceptional
shelf-life and include all the ingredients necessary to retain soft
crumb at a fraction of the use rate necessary when using individual
ingredients.
The range is characterised by the incorporation of high levels of
exceptionally active fats and emulsifiers or advanced enzyme technology
As with all Fermex improvers, the products are formulated with a high
level of active ingredients to allow low use rate and are specially
processed to reduce dust.
