| Safpro® Improvers are
devised and formulated by Lesaffre International, based at the
renowned Lesaffre Baking Centre in Lille, France. Improvers in this
range are primarily designed for the production of highest quality
breads, morning goods and Viennoiserie using “clean-label”, and, where
possible, organic ingredients. |

The range is characterised by the absence of emulsifiers: the stability
and tolerance imparted to the dough is a result of precise enzyme
selection.
Organic products in the Safpro® range are certified by ECOCERT and are
compliant with the Soil Association’s Organic Standards for Organic
Farming and Production and can be used in the organic products that they
certify.
As with all Fermex improvers, the products are formulated with a high
level of active ingredients to allow low use rate and are specially
processed to reduce dustiness.
