We are pleased to offer a range of seeds which have been cleaned and
packed by Fuerst Day Lawson. Seeds are a great way of boosting the nutritional content of breads and due to their relatively slow release of glucose during digestion, they contribute to lowering the Glycaemic Index. They are also a great way of adding value to breads, contributing excellent flavour and appearance. We recommend a use rate in the dough of up to 25% of flour weight.
